Who is your favourite sports star?

Football

Penalty Shootout!

You should be playing footy! Tackling might be out while we're all still socially distancing, so it's a perfect time to practice your shooting skills. Just a ball and a mate and a couple jumpers for goalposts. Nice!

Basketball

Basketball!

You should be shooting basketball! You may not be able to dribble and defend, but you can still practice your free throws while we're all socially distancing, so get outside and start practicing your game. If you don't have a net, or even a ball - use a cabbage and a bucket and make it WORK.

Quick Cricket!

You should be playing quick cricket!  It's like normal cricket, but super fast. Choose one friend to be bowler, one to be wicket keeper and everyone else to be batters. Then line up (1 metre apart) and each take a turn. Did you know in Australia this is called Milo Kanga cricket and in New Zealand it's called Milo Kiwi!

Tennis racket and ball

Wall Tennis!

You should be playing wall tennis! Tennis is pretty awesome because you can usually still socially distance and play it. Most of us don't have a tennis court, but don't let that stop you developing your skills - practice your serves against a wall, alone or with a buddy.
