Water way to have a fun time!
It has been said that Swedish chemist Jöns Jacob Berzelius invented the test tube in the 1820s, a creation which scientists use to this day. Before that, chemists would use different glasses that you might drink off, before Jöns made his thin, cylindrical apparatus. We think that he’d enjoy Water Sort, which is an online puzzle game where the aim is to fill the beakers with matching coloured liquids.
The best thing about this game is that you don’t need safety goggles, a white coat or even the sort of test tube clamp you might find in a science classroom. While they’re all important and essential items in real life, you’re quite safe to play with these test tubes with no protective equipment. To play is quite simple: tap the test tube you’d like to pour the water into, then tap the test tube you’d like to pour the from. That’s the easy bit. Now the hard bit, you need to separate the different coloured water and pour them into their own test tube by figuring out which sequence to do them. You might pour a little bit from each to begin with, then things will get trickier as you might have to pour the majority back into their original tube in order to get at the tiny bit at the base of the other tube.
Good luck!
