Let’s talk about fast things for a bit. The speed of light is 186,282.397 miles per second. Whoosh!
Then there’s the S4714 star, which moves at 15,000 miles per second. Speedy! If you want to talk about birds, the Peregrine Falcon can fly at 242 mph! Pretty fast.
And there’s the fastest person on Earth! If you’ve been walking around Beanotown and noticed a red blur go past, that’ll be me, Billy Whizz.
I was born... fast. When I started running around as a toddler, I was so quick that my nappy began to smoke. I bet that confused everyone!
I love running so much and would say my trainers or stopwatch are my favourite possessions, and as you can guess, my greatest heroes are Mo Farah and Usain Bolt.
I live with my parents Malorie and George, my little brother Alfie and my pet tortoise, Tillie.
I bet you’ve just read that last sentence again. Yes, I do have a tortoise. It might seem an usual pet for someone who’s so fast but there’s not a dog on earth who could keep up with me. A greyhound can only run at 45 miles per hour, which is a bit of a jog to be honest with you.
I’m friends with everyone and while I don’t play as many pranks as Dennis, Minnie or Roger, I do use my sprinting skills to get out of any trouble.
When it comes to school, I love PE class. I never lose any running races but I’m quite bad at walking at a regular pace down the corridors. What can I say? I love to move like a rocket. In fact, I’m starting to get the itch to have a sprint, so if there’s anything else you need to know, run your eyes down the facts below!
