Hello, it’s Betty. I thought I’d tell you all about Yeti while he takes a big nap in my room. It’s a shame you can’t hear how loudly he snores. He sounds like a tractor engine, and I don’t even want to tell you about how much he farts. Disgusting!

While most people haven’t seen an actual yeti, people tend to think they’re either like that monster from Star Wars or The Abominable Snowman who looks after Sully and Mike when they’re sent to the Himalayas in from Monsters, Inc. – it’s funny because yetis are also called The Abominable Snowman and they come from the Himalayas, among other places.

People would probably be scared of the sight of a real-life yeti wandering through Beanotown. But only if you could see his little plush unicorn toy that he cuddles at night. It’s too cute.

Yeti is always peckish and loves cake more than anything, but thinks most objects are a snack. I’m sure he’ll get the hang of what he can actually eat. 

He’s very protective of me and although he’s big and clumsy, he’s a great friend to have. Because I’m not supposed to have a yeti in the house, I have to dress him up in all sorts of disguises so people don’t suspect anything. My favourite outfit is a blonde wig and a dress, which we use when my ‘cousin Agnes from Sweden’ comes to visit. So far, so blam!
