1. What's her full name?

Ariana's full name is Ariana Grande-Butera! Her parents got the idea for her name from the character Princess Oriana in Felix the Cat: The Movie. What a cool name!

Ariana was born on 26th June 1993. 

3. So... How did Ariana become famous?

Ariana actually started her career in acting! When she was young she was in lots of musicals like Beauty and the Beast and Annie, but was later cast as Cat Valentine in Nickelodeon's show Victorious! 

4. Oh yeah she was in Victorious! Didn't she have red hair?

That's right, Ariana had bright red hair in the show. It's rumoured Ariana actually had to dye her hair red every other week! This damaged her hair which is why she often wears those long hair extensions she's so famous for. 

5. So then she moved onto music? How did that happen?!

Ariana was always keen to pursue a career in music. While she was filming Victorious, she uploaded some videos onto YouTube of her covering singers like Mariah Carey and Adele. She was spotted by Republic records who signed her onto their label! Lucky Ari! Those videos must have been amazing!

6. Since then Ariana has had 3 number 1 albums! Woah!

Since 2010 Ari has released 5 albums: Yours Truly, My Everything, Dangerous Woman, Sweetener and Thank U, Next! 3 of those albums have been number 1 in the UK. WOAH! That's amazing!

Um... YEAH! Ariana Grande is really smashing it, she's even breaking records. Her video for Thank U, Next set the record for the most watched YouTube video in 24 hours. She's also been the most played artist on Spotify WORLDWIDE, and was named Woman of the Year by Billboard!You're amazing Ariana!

Ariana is very close with her family and has an older half brother called Frankie Grande. She's also made lots of public appearances with her mum, Joan Grande and her grandma, Marjorie Grande.

That's right, she has 9 rescue dogs! As if we couldn't love her enough! They are called Toulouse, Ophelia, Fawkes, Cinnamon, Coco, Lafayette, Sirius, Strauss and Pignoli.

Okay, here are some quick facts about Grande: - Her favourite colour is lavender.- She loves horror films.- She's terrified of heights, but she loves rollercoasters! - And most importantly, she is a MAJOR Harry Potter fan!

11. What else makes Ari so amazing?

Ariana organised and performed alongside loads of other stars at the One Love Manchester concert to raise money for the victims of the Manchester terror attack. She also released another version of One Last Time, Somewhere Over The Rainbow and a live album from the concert to aid the charity. More than 17 million pounds was raised for the victims! Wow.
