The Room of Requirement!
This is the classic hideaway in the Potter franchise! Harry used it to teach Dumbledore's Army how to fight, Malfoy used it for his nefarious deeds, and Neville used to to shelter students. There are two reasons why it's so popular - it becomes whatever you need it to be, and it's hard for other people to find you!
