In the wizarding world there's a lot of superstition around wood - your most important possession, your wand, is made of wood, after all! Some woods are luckier than others, so your broom should be made of the luckiest wood you can get. Elder is said to be hard to control, but fir is supposed to be lucky - why not get a special fir broomstick made?
A lucky charm!
You just can't beat a good ol' fashioned lucky charm! This is something deeply personal to you, so you should pick whatever item you identify with! How about a little pendant with a Snitch on it? Or earrings shaped like Quaffles?

A ritual is a series of actions done in a specific order for symbolic purposes. We usually associate rituals with religion, but luck rituals are also a thing! Carrying a charm or wearing a lucky colour can be part of a luck ritual, but you can do it without needing any extra items. Before a game, you'd probably find it a good idea to touch something made of wood, or tie your shoelaces a certain way, or maybe eating a specific breakfast!
