Every new year brings with it new and weird food trends and 2018 is looking no different. We've selected six of our favourites that we think we'll be seeing a lot of on our plates and on Instagram! There's a woman who chews food instead of chopping it, edible flowers, and something called Crosushi that you can probably work out if you think about the name!
